As you can see it states a driver issue however both my nvidia drivers and windows are up to date

Hello, have you tried the methods mentioned above?
You can try clean installing the drivers and reinstalling D5 by changing the path. You can also try reinstalling your windows system. Also, please note that if your RAM frequency is too high, you can try to lower your frequency to 3000-4000 properly.

Hi, I have did all the methods even tried to load dll manually still to no avail. I already been in touch with d5 tech supp and they ask me to lower down my ram frequency and detached the ram physically . I try to lowered it down to about 3400 Mhz but still didn’t solve the issues. I just wanted to clarify why do I need to lower down the RAM freq? BasicalIy means, I just bought 6000Mhz for nothing ( assuming I lower it down just for d5 to run ). Moreover, I have a friends who can run d5 with 5600Mhz on without any problem.
I’m on the same boat with @pablgarza the system info is the same as my brand new pc and it’s the first time I run D5 on this pc. Any solution?
Hello. Please try turning off hardware acceleration and cpu overclocking and turn on cpu multicore.
Regarding the cpu frequency issue, too high frequency may cause D5 to run unstable, so we suggest to reduce it to a lower level.
“I have the same problem. I updated my NVIDIA driver, and it stopped working, giving me DLL error messages. I reverted to the previous driver, but it still doesn’t work. I’ve tried all the steps, and nothing works. The only thing I couldn’t do is decrease the RAM latency because I have a Legion 5 Pro, and it doesn’t let me do this.”

Hello, did you turn off cpu overclocking? Also, 5600 is too high a memory frequency, we recommend dropping it below 4000.
We also suggest you can turn on multi-core performance acceleration.
If none of these work, we suggest upgrading the bios.
Hello, I have the latest version of BIOS, and sadly, I can’t change the memory frequency on this Lenovo device. Lenovo doesn’t give me access to do it
Hello. Firstly, if you have enabled overclocking, turn it off. Secondly, you can modify the memory frequency in BIOS.
In the BIOS interface, find the relevant frequency or overclocking option, which may be called “DRAM Frequency”, “Memory Clock”, “Memory Frequency”, etc., and select the appropriate frequency value.
Hello, my laptop is set to the factory configuration. The BIOS options on my Lenovo are very limited; I can’t change the RAM frequency. The program was running fine until I updated to the latest NVIDIA driver. I reverted to the previous driver, but it still doesn’t work.

Yep. Got another one.
I have went through all the troubleshooting steps suggested plus some from the MFG. All updates, reinstalls and disabled turbo.
Getting the same error popup every time I open D5. When I try to open new scene, it gets stuck on load screen.
Was working fine when I opened it a few months ago. I would like to switch from other render platforms with our business but cannot get past this.
Bummer.

Hello,
sorry for the late reply.
Please tell me your current D5 version and provide a screenshot of the error pop-up you are encountering for now.
You can try other solutions. Have you ever overclocked your CPU? Turn off CPU overclocking, and disable XMP. Besides, please try to update your BIOS to the latest version/reinstall D5 in a different path/reinstall the Windows system.
Regards
No problem @Leah_Li
I am on D5 Version - 2.8.0.0471
I have done all the requested troubleshooting/updates and still the error message (screenshot below).
Our company really wants to switch to this program but for the life of me cannot get it to work. I can run Twinmotion, Vray, etc. no problem.
As far as the oveclock settings go, my system doesnt allow this to be done.
Thanks for the help.
Hi, @ap904
sorry for the lateness.
Can you also show me the current memory speed?
Have you tried to update your Windows system and BIOS? How To Update Your PC’s BIOS | NinjaOne Some users resolved similar issues after trying this way.
Hi Leah,
BIOS is up to date. Please find the requested screenshot below. Thanks and hoping we can get this resolved soon.
Hi @ap904
I’ll report this to the team.
Please also tell me the power supply of your PC and check if it’s sufficient. Refer to:
How to choose the right computer power for Graphic Cards? | User Manual (d5render.com)
Also, please check if your GPU temperature is too high.
I also noticed that your current RAM speed is a little high, could you try to reduce it? Such as turn off XMP in BIOS.
If the issue persists, we can continue to try other methods.
