Cannot solve the problem using the solutions provided 'The program cannot be launched because of DLL errors in the system’

when you open d5 render again, DLL error pop-up appeared again?

Now you double click to launch D5 and after a few seconds of the DLL reporting an error, D5 crashes on a black screen and then exits, right?

Hi,
Have you ever set CPU overclocking in the BIOS before? How about the speed of Memory? Please show me a screenshot like this. Also, try to unplug and re-plug the memory slot physically.

Your speed of Memory is too high, it should normally be in the 3000-4000 range. Can you go to the BIOS and turn off CPU overlocking and XMP? Better drop the memory speed to 3200 and see the results.

Just for confirmation, Is your CPU ‘‘Intel® Core™ i9 processor 14900K’’?

my cpu is AMD Ryzen 9 7900X 12-Core Processor 4.70 GHz

ok, I will try to lower it by going to the bios settings, any clear steps of doing it?

my motherboard is TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI

We don’t have specific documents and tutorials on how to set up the BIOS. Currently, the recommended ways to reduce the memory speed are: go to the BIOS to turn off CPU overclocking, XMP; manually pull out the memory stick with high memory speed/swap the memory sticks to a different location or re-plug them in. You can search for the specific steps on the internet.
BTW, did this problem come out of nowhere? Have you updated your Windows system recently? Was D5 working fine before? Is all the other software on the computer working properly?
You can also show me your graphics card and other system info by clicking the version on the left corner of the welcome page.

the d5 was working in the first time when the pc was built, but after some time it stopped working, and i dont remember updating the windows any of that time, and when i clicked that section it said that either i have to downgrade my nvidia driver (which i did) or i have to update my windows to windows 10 2H7… (can’t remember), AND I LITTERELY had blue scree of death while writing this but thankfully it had a draft of it

I also tried to lower the memory but i dont think there is an option for it, the 4800 is the normal memory without overclocking, but if you have steps that i can try in the bios that will be helpful

Just for confirmation, now are you experiencing blue screen issues and also DLL error popups?

It is possible to get a blue screen with a high memory speed, and if the memory speed is higher than 4000MHz, it is recommended to reduce it.

i think the blue screen death was random or a coincidence

Hello, I searched a website for you to refer to how to adjust memory speed in BIOS. Hope it helps. Please reduce it to lower than 4000 and see the results.

THANKS A LOT IT WORKED, after lowering the memory

Congrats! If you have any other questions, feel free to contact me. :raised_hands:

im having the same problem, so far i have been trying for 3 weeks everything, all the options mentioned above and in the other article, plus checking the defective dll file and replacing it. I have clean installed windows again with no files and no configs and the error is still happening, so far D5 support through email hasn’t been able to solve the issue.
