The program cannot be launched because of DLL errors in the system

2.4 and 2.5:
gforce rtx 3070:
latest update 536.67 :
after the first install the program stops at loading at 0%:
Tried to follow the steps to replace the DLL file but with no success. (it’s looking for windows 10). i tried the older 2.4 version and i have the same issue. it happens only on this machine.

Hi mate, can you screenshot the detailed system info? if it is lower than 21H2, you can consider updating it or installing the old version of the GPU driver like 535.98.
