I apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate the video recording you have provided. Just to clarify, does this issue only occur when DLSS 4 is enabled? This is certainly not normal and may need to be further investigated with our team. Can you generate a log file for us? How to use Support Tool? | User Manual
You may send it to support@d5techs.com and have it titled ‘Clov-Forum Issue with RTX 5090 and DLSS4’
@Clov Yes. It only occurs if DLSS is enabled. If I check the CLOSE option it stops giving this problem. But the frame rate drops.
I couldn’t send the zip file by email because it’s too big. I put it on wetransfer. Here’s the link. I also sent it by email.
We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. This is currently a known issue, and we are actively working on optimizing Frame Generation in subsequent releases. Your log files will be helpful in the process. Thank you.
Thank you so much for the detailed information you have provided.
So basically, this only occurs in the preview window? Or does this weird and annoying movement also evident in the final rendering?
Anyway, we have reported this issue, and the files you have sent will be used for further troubleshooting. We will update you as soon as possible. Thank you.
Sorry for the late response. In version 2.11, DLSS 4 features an updated model primarily aimed at resolving edge flickering. Despite this improvement, we’ve observed that utilizing DLSS with the x4 option can still produce a noticeable jittery or “watery” artifact within the preview window during dynamic scenes or camera movements.
We’re actively tracking this, and while I can’t promise an immediate resolution or an exact version, rest assured our team is well aware of this effect and is investigating it.
