I recently upgraded my RTX 4090 to RTX5090. I followed the steps described to activate DLSS 4 as indicated by the team. It turns out that when opening the projects, I noticed that when I scrolled through the projects, blurs appeared on the screen, a kind of watery effect, as shown in the attached video. Is this normal for D5 DLSS4? I noticed that the larger the file is, the more blurs appear. But it basically happens with any project file. See the video below the screen.
I did a clean installation of the STUDIO drivers, the version I am using is 572.83.
D5 Version 2.10.1.0579
Hi @danielpaes
I apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate the video recording you have provided. Just to clarify, does this issue only occur when DLSS 4 is enabled? This is certainly not normal and may need to be further investigated with our team. Can you generate a log file for us? How to use Support Tool? | User Manual
- You may send it to support@d5techs.com and have it titled ‘Clov-Forum Issue with RTX 5090 and DLSS4’
@clovisbolasco14 Yes. It only occurs if DLSS is enabled. If I check the CLOSE option it stops giving this problem. But the frame rate drops.
I couldn’t send the zip file by email because it’s too big. I put it on wetransfer. Here’s the link. I also sent it by email.
Hi @danielpaes
We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. This is currently a known issue, and we are actively working on optimizing Frame Generation in subsequent releases. Your log files will be helpful in the process. Thank you.
