**After to pay for the PRO models and Textures I have this type of marks in my 3D Model **

What is goin on ?

I am a little frustrated with some 3D Models in the library under ASSETS…

Some of them “ never ” load into my work space.

Some tips ?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this problem. Could you please let me know how they “never load into your work space”? They do not appear in the library, or failed to load/download?
If possible, you can show me a screenshot of the library.

failed to load/download….

Accessories.

Furniture ….and so on….

Probably 75 % of the objects in 3d don’t download in my working space.

Could you run this test then send me log file:

Besides, you can switch the network, or turn off VPN or proxy settings if they are turned on.
