Sorry for that, I replied to your last topic, maybe it is missed. 
And regarding the problem you encountered, I have to guess that it is a network problem, since the D5 assets and the HDRI are all stored online, until they are downloaded into a local place.
Therefore, we hope you can run the network test, then share with me the log file(test result). We are trying to analyze the data and find a way to optimize our servers, then it will be faster for you to use the assets library in the future.
