D5 render doesnt open

**Issue Description:d5 render is getting installed but after that when i try to open the application it pops up and then closes.

Hello! First, I suggest you can update your video driver to the latest one. Secondly, please check if any antivirus, firewall or other software is preventing D5 from running. i tried everything but its still the same

i reran the support tool after updating the graphics driver and now its showing this

BTW, Please note that the power supply you are using is sufficient to support the D5. Please refer to this posting for more information on this. System Requirements for D5 Render
Also, please check your RAM frequency, too high RAM frequency may cause crash.
