AI Post-processing not working

Hey guys, I’m working on some images and the AI Post-processing seems to have stopped working.

I’m trying to use the AI Enhancer specifically, but the AI Style Transfer is also not working. So it’s an AI Post-processing problem I think.

I’m doing as I always do, but when I click on the big purple button “AI Enhancer” after setting up the weight, it loads for a bit but nothing happens. It’s not my internet because everything is working normally here, it’s not the final either because I just created a brand new D5 file with nothing in it, and it’s also not working.

Is there a problem with the servers at D5? I know this is an online tool, so maybe it’s not an issue for me, but for D5.

Just thought of dropping this here to know if anyone is also experiencing this or if the guys at D5 have learned about this problem recently.

I apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused. I tried using the AI Enhancer tool right now to check if this problem persists on my end (to check if server issues) and it seems that my AI Enhancer Tool, using the steps you have provided, is working with no issues.

I just tested again and same thing. It loads for maybe 5 seconds, and then goes back to the “AI Enhancer” button as if nothing happened. The Task tab doesn’t show anything either, only my past enhancements.

It seems that this issue persists on other users as well, I am guessing this is region-specific given that I am not experiencing the same issue. I have already reported and forwarded your information to our Server Team to check if there are anomalies.

In the meantime, can you please try using a VPN and see if this issue persists? Or try using another network if the AI Tool Works. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Thanks!!! That worked for me! Much simpler than I expected.
I just tested with a sample file and it generated the AI Enhanced image. Tomorrow I’ll use the files I was trying to work on before this error. I’ll come back in case it doesn’t work, but for now, it seems to have been solved.

Just curious, changing the DNS… would impact negatively my internet in any way?

For those with the same problem, Google’s DNS numbers are:
8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Just note that I think it will vary a bit depending on if you’re using IPv4 or IPv6. I’m not sure though.

Hello, I am facing the same problem now and I changed the DNS following the attached link but there is nothing changed and the problem is still there. The purple butten is loading without any results.

  • Did this issue occur in the previous 2.9.1 Version?
  • Which specific AI feature did you use? Have you tried AI Style Transfer or Inpainting and see if these features are also working?
  • Have you tried connecting to another network? Or perhaps using a VPN? Please try and see if there are any differences.
  • Please provide us with your email address and region.

I use AI Style Transfer. I’ve already try to change the DNS, but dont works.

Does this problem occur after the 2.10 Update? Have you tried reverting to the 2.9 Version and seeing if it works normally?

  • May I know if connecting to another network helps or if there are any differences? or perhaps you can use a VPN?
