AI Atmosphere Match

Hello D5 team,

AI Atmosphere Match is causing D5 to crash.
After calling up the function, I can no longer upload an image.

Even a long wait does not help.

I have tried with a current project and with a new empty project.

D5 can then only be closed via the Windows 11 Task Manager.

System:
Windows 11
RTX 3090 (551.23)
64 GB RAM
D5: 2.6XXX (current version)

Is it that D5 only crashes every time the AI Atmosphere Match feature is used? Does D5 still crash if you open it normally without using this feature now?

I just tried it again.
It occurs in all scenes.
It only crashes after I click on “Upload Reference Image”.

Alright, so the reference image was basically from the randomize category, does the crash only occur to this specific file? If so, can you share us this file? You may send it to support@d5techs.com and have it titled 2.11 Clov-Forum AI Atmosphere Match

• Can you also confirm which 2.11 build you are using?
  

• Additionally, I’m also curious as to your VRAM Usage while using D5 and while using AI Atmosphere Match. Please open your Task Manager > VRAM while opening this file and doing the exact operation, then send the image here.

I apologize for the inconvenience. This seems unnatural despite having normal VRAM numbers while using the feature.

• Please generate a log file for us so we can further investigate this issue.
  

  

• We may also need to collect the email address of the D5 Account that was used so we can also check.

Please check the image that I have attached. There is an arrow pointing to “Collect Logs”. After generating, it will redirect you to the log’s location. Thanks

Thanks for sending these log files, but may I know why there are so many of them? Are they from different devices, or did you just generate them 5 times?

• I really don’t recommend posting your log files publicly since they contain important and personal information, but of course, if you don’t have any problem with that, then no issues~
