After install of the D5 Live Sync for Vectorworks, an error is reported at VWX launch that the d5 live sync is incompatible with vwx 2024 update 6 (build 765860)
Hi @bhorvath, our team is actively investigating this issue. In the meantime, please try the following steps:
- Search for D5LiveSyncForVectorWorks.vlb and D5LiveSyncForVectorWorks.vwr in your local directory.
- Delete these files.
- Reinstall the plugin.
You can usually find these files under %appdata%\Nemetschek\Vectorworks\2024\Plug-ins or the installation directory of Vectorworks.
