Dear clovisbolasco14

is there any updates on this issue?

Hi there,

I apologize for the late reply. I have consulted our specialized team about this and have confirmed that the issue you’re experiencing is likely primarily caused by the current situation in your country. External factors can significantly impact system performance and access especially if strict regulations are being observed hence, using a VPN may be the best probable solution for now. :bowing_man:

Hello, thank’s for answer!

It’s interesting, because from my mobile internet (LTE) it’s working. VPN is not a good idea, it’s extra money and slow speed. In some forums I read about russian servers you probably use (here can be a problem), plus in this thread guy from Ukraine had the same problem but then it’s gone. May be you can check what happens there. So, I hope you can fix this. Thank’s!

Hi there,

Although using mobile data (LTE) works normally, it is quite different from the Internet Network itself since it may be related to the operator’s DNS resolution. Therefore, the best approach for this at the moment is to either use a VPN to bypass Russian nodes or use mobile data, as you have mentioned.

We are currently unable to meddle with this since If we handle it manually, we cannot guarantee that it will take effect globally in Ukraine, and the risk is relatively high. Thank you for your understanding.

Hey! I think you are refering to my post, so if you are interested i can tell u a bit more about my case, but there’s nothing in particular u can do, only wait for future updates.

With the help of admins over here i got the ports the d5render uses to log in and called my provider (Triolan) to check if any of them are getting blocked and why. And after checking, there was one that was connecting through a russian sever, and thus getting blocked. This was not an accident block, so they could not remove it.
Every provider has its own automatic blacklist, and that’s why some go through and others don’t. Same thing with mobile data, it worked for me as well but i had no option to switch the wifi.
Hope this helps to undestand the issue better!
