Hello. Yesterday I purchased a paid subscription, but today I realized that I probably won’t be able to finish my old project due to technical issues with the software.
My laptop is an AORUS 15P XD, and my monitor is a Samsung CF791. When I use AI Enhancer, the monitor becomes covered with squares/artifacts, making it impossible to work!
If you look at the attached screenshot, you will see that I have the latest version. However, this does not solve the flickering problem that occurs when I switch to the AI-powered render editing stage.
I already stated that I am using the latest version of the software.
Four days of my subscription have now simply been wasted because I am unable to use the full functionality of the program!
I wanted to clarify which specific “latest version” you are currently using, as this issue has been resolved in versions 3.1.1.0757 and 3.1.1.0758. Since 0758 can only be accessed via the completely download link and 0757 is prompted in D5 Launcher, so both of these are considered the latest version despite the difference in the numbering.
Please generate a log file, you may follow the images below.

We are currently investigating why this issue is still occurring for some users despite the fix being released. If you haven’t tried version 0757 yet, we encourage you to do so and let us know if the problem persists.
Also, once you finish generating your logs, you can temporarily downgrade to version 0757 to see whether the issue continues.
I’m having the same problem, and as you can see, it hasn’t been fixed. However, the squares don’t appear only when using the AI features — they also appear when loading a heavy scene.
Got it. We’ll keep this noted and make sure to account for the fact that the issue does not occur exclusively in the AI UI.
