Issue Description: The account attributes suddenly cannot be changed on the D5 Team account portal > Members tab.

Hi there, changing the account attributes should require Team Owner status, only the Team Owner is eligible to perform such a function but this was not the case before since members were able to modify these attributes, and is considered a bug. We have already fixed this issue yesterday hence, the reason why you were not able to do the modification.

Hi @clovisbolasco14, So, even the Administrator role can’t modify the Account Attributes now?
Is there any way to allow the Administrator to transfer editable seat without removing the team members?
