Stop running after loading the scene

Hi everyone,
I’m facing two problems that I think both have the same root cause

  1. when I open version 2.3.4 the maximized window doesn’t fit my screen.
  2. when it opens it stops running after a while and closes the program without any error messages.
    note: this two problems were not found while using the 1.4 version
    here is an attached video that shows the problems

The problem was solved when I made the program run with a low-quality display mode
it seems that my graphics card (8GB RTX) is not strong enough to run the program with high-quality display mode.
