Hi team D5, I want to inform you that I repaired the laptop, bringing it to the computer technician. I update you that the cause of the problem I had was the last update that I performed that the driver Studio 576.15, when something was done, had a stop, had a stop, black screen. Speaking of the problem with the technician and the program I use for rendering, he restored me window without deleting everything I had on the laptop, saying that the card with the last driver has problems, even with the D5 program. So, he told me that the GTX 1070 graphics card updated it until the drive 572.70, recommending me not to update the graphic card, because it would have restored the same problem.
There are also articles on the web, which talk about this topic, I am attaching one of many:
Thank you so much for this information and the updates. We have also recently created a forum post about the recent NVIDIA Driver that is causing some issues with D5 Render.
- So basically, on your end, the 576.15 Driver is what’s causing the issues and not the 576.02 Version?
- Several users said that the 576.15 version fixed some issues and addressed some issues from 576.02

Hi CLOV, if you notice from what I wrote, the computer technician installed the driver up to 572.70, it did not go further because the laptop was blocked, and was no longer restarted.
So the version of the driver you mentioned I have not had those problems, even if those strange shadows may depend on the information between the window site and the video card that in the D5 game influence the data of the imagines.
I make a hypothesis, perhaps it can help the D5 team to understand if it depends on the setting of the characteristic of the graphics card, going to improve its performance.
However thanks for your intervention is from the D5 team:smiling_face:
