Hi, I happened to me the same thing too, indeed the window did not open. I had to take it to the computer technician, and the Driver of the video card SE E 576.15 or 576.02, is having problems with the system. So the technician restored me everything with the 572.70 driver, I also talked about it with the Squra D5 in this topic:

Hi @riccardofortelli Thank you so much for this information and the updates. We have also recently created a forum post about the recent NVIDIA Driver that is causing some issues with D5 Render. So basically, on your end, the 576.15 Driver is what’s causing the issues and not the 576.02 Version? To make the side panels visible, you may activate this using the shortcut Shift + H.
