D5 Render was working normally until last week. However, when I tried to use it again, the program started to fail when loading any project, regardless of its complexity. Even when opening default scenes such as “White Cube,” the loading process stops near 99% and the software automatically closes.
Additionally, when attempting to synchronize models through D5 LiveSync 1.6.1.0020 with SketchUp 2023, D5 opens the initial interface and displays the terrain, but immediately freezes and crashes right after the 3D model synchronization begins.
The issue occurs consistently, both when opening saved projects and when starting new ones, making it impossible to use the software.
Tests performed:
- Complete reinstallation of D5 Render and LiveSync.
- Tests with different projects (simple and complex).
- Verification of drivers and system updates.
Result:
The problem persists in all tested scenarios.
I am attaching a video demonstrating the issue.

I recently built a workstation for rendering with the following specifications:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
- GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7600
- Storage: SSD 1 TB
- Memory: 64 GB RAM
