Been using D5 all day then randomly looged me out. Tried to log in with no hope. Uninstalled and redownloaded with latest version. Now nothing loads on the D5 start Menu

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry that this is happening to you. Could you share your system info? See the attached sample photo below.

Does this problem happen suddenly? Have you used another device? Could you try turning off your firewall and running D5?

The problem occured suddenly. I have reset all network setting and removed firewall but still dosent work.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you, and thank you for sending the system info and log file. I will be sending this to our team for further investigation. While waiting for their assessments, and since you’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled D5, I could suggest other ways.

  1. Have you tried uninstalling and updating your graphics driver again? Though this problem might not be common, we’ve encountered it in the past. Please see the attached link for your guide.

  1. Have you tried to connect or switch to other network provider?

  2. Have you tested its speed within d5? See the attached reference
