When trying using D5 Render with multi users in the same PC, it crash and get freezed when trying to save a project. This is happening recently, before this was not happening.
In fact, is it possible using d5 Render with multi users in the same PC? I had to serve several folders permissions to all users.
So, is it possible any conflic with Sketchup? Is it related to both softwares this issuse?
It is attached the log files generated by d5 render.

Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. May i ask the context of ‘Multi-users’ in the same PC? Does it mean that multiple person are logging in different accounts in the same computer? Have you tried optimizing it? How to view and optimize graphics card usage? | User Manual
I would also want to know the following:
Thank you
Yes, with multi user I mean that the PC it’s connected to Active Directory. So many users can login.
I have modified several permissions because before only function with one user.
Recently when a user trys to save a project, it get frozen randomly. and they must restart the PC.
Is this error caused by thu multi users? or it crashed cause the Sketchup´s projects are imported from it.

Also, it´s attached some images about the performance of RAM, and GPU.
Thanks for your help!!!
Hi there; thank you for providing me with this information. Is this issue reoccurring in all project files or in this specific file only?
It could be a possibility that your current setup is causing a crash since multiple users are using the same GPU and CPU, which D5 is heavily reliant on.
The image you provided also shows that your Memory speed is 4,400 MHz, and anything higher than 4000 MHz can usually cause crashes and such. You could go to BIOS and turn off XMP to change the memory speed or try to update the BIOS version. You can refer to this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h-MLhGMtheM
Let me know if this helps. Thank you.
thanks, I´ll try this.
but, How can it affect the Mhz of the RAM?
