Materials and models are not downloading

D5 Render Version: 2.4.1
Graphics Card: RTX3070
Driver Version: 31.0.15.2849
Issue Description: When I’m trying to download a new material or a model from the library,it shows downloading but once the 100% is filled, again it shows the download mark instead of the tic mark. On some rare occasions I was able to download a few models and materials but most of the time they are not downloading.How can I fix this?

i have the same problem, just upgraded to PRO (2.4) but the problems persists

Same here, library doesnt work. Seems to be a network issue…
