Issue Description: Hi, Can someone help me to log in my Pro Account in the software? It’s been a week since I wasn’t able to access my pro account … It went okay but suddenly it automatically logged out … and when i try to log it in, it just always load. Please help me I got deadlines next week.

Hello. Have you already logged into your account on another computer? We currently do not support one account logging into multiple devices at the same time. Please check if your internet connection is stable as well.
