D5 Render Version:
Project layers are not appearing on another computer opening up the same file to continue work on another computer. Only 1x “default layer” appears on the 2nd PC. Try opening the file up on the original PC & all layers appear.
Both D5 Renders are using latest version.
The original file is in ‘all capitals’ and the 2nd PC shows the file name in ‘lowercase’ once the file is opened too.
Hi! Sorry for your issue. Please send your log file to us if it is convenient for you. In addition, since you worked on two devices, I think you might need to send two logs for us from this two different devices.
