Hi ! I really need help please! My d5 is always crashing when I try to import anything or open d5 file ! what happen?

Hi there, how long have you used D5 Render? Did this problem occur suddenly in recent days or every time you use D5? If it occured suddenly and never happened before, you can try to redownload D5 Render 2.4.5 to a new location, and also reinstall your driver. And if it happens all the time since the first time you used D5, you can download D5 Render 2.3 in a new location and try again.
