Import D5 render assets crash


when I tried to import assets of D5 render (pro), D5 crashes every time. Tried to reinstall, but it didn’t help.

GC: titan GTX, latest update
Windows 10 home, latest update
Intel i7-4790K

I tried all the possibilities but still have the crash after importing assets drom D5!
When I import a Sketchup file it doesn’t crash butt I’ll a black model? After tweaking the materials are a little ok!

Any suggestions? Btw I didn’t change my GPU, so is not the voltage.

Unfortunately I have the same issue as Jerome. Basicaly while I’m clicking on some assets in the built-in D5 libary it crashes, grey screen for a sec. and that’s all. It happens even I’m trying to put it in an empty scene without any models.Any suggestions?

I’m using currenty educational version.

With the new update to 1.8 I can’t even open D5 anymore. Everytime it crashes.
What can be the problem?

Crashes when loading projects? If so, does it happen on every project, or the certain one?

There are two folders named “Logs”. Please compress them and send 2 folders to :

Win C: “%local appdata%\d5_immerse\Saved\Logs”
Installation Directory of D5 Render: “D5 Render\logs”

Yes, still crashes…

Have you updated the graphics driver to the latest version?

Yes I updated to the latest game driver. I can’t use the studio driver. GTX Titan X.

Any ideas yet?

RAM? What’s the minimum voltage needed in the PC?

Hi, I think we will have the support in the future, but it may not be very soon. I consulted the product team and they said we are doing more tests on those graphic cards to be supported.

Sorry, still no solution.
So far, you can’t work with D5 and a GTX Titan X graphic card.
