[Hot issue] D5 Render cannot open or crash after upgrading to 2.4

Issue description

Hi there, recently we found that some users encountered problems after upgrading D5 Render to 2.4, and we have identified the issue cause and will bring a fix soon.

Solution

Now, Nvidia has released 528.02 version for Stuido driver users, which fixed the crash issue. Please run a clean installation of that driver then check the result:

  • To keep the downloaded assets and local library, you can make a copy of them manually, or apply it to the library of new version in Preferences.
