Hi there, recently we found that some users encountered problems after upgrading D5 Render to 2.3, and we have identified the issue cause and will bring a fix soon.
Before the fix is released, here is an immediate solution to the problem:
First, please run the support tool following the steps, then send it to D5 Support Center (email@example.com), this can help us identify the issue cause.

Reinstall D5 Render 2.3 using the installer from our official website:

It is suggested to install D5 2.3 in the same place of the previous one to overwrite it.
If the problem persists, please redo the step 1, compress the log file and a screenshot of the problem, and send them to D5 Support Center (firstname.lastname@example.org), or contact D5 team/post here directly.
After that, you can reinstall D5 Render in another place different from the previous one, then check the result.
- To keep the downloaded assets and local library, you can make a copy of them manually, or apply it to the library of new version in Preferences.
