Hello, I’m using D5 Render 3.1.0 with a Pro license. The software randomly logs me out and returns to the login screen without any error message. It happens every few minutes. I have already reinstalled D5, checked my internet connection, and cleared the launcher cache. Could you please check my account and reset my license session if necessary?
Hi @tlgaozmn
Just to clarify, did this issue only occur after updating to version 3.1?

Can you please test if reverting to version 3.0.1 solves the issue? Download Historical Versions of D5 Render - Get Help - D5 RENDER FORUM

I can provide you with the list of our IPs to whitelist. Please have them whitelisted on your end, or if you’re in a company setup, you may consult your IT Team regarding it.
Yes, it started after version 3.1. However, I am currently using the plugins for this version as well, so is it possible to resolve this issue within this version? The problem persists; my session keeps ending automatically without any warning. Later, when I try to download a Pro-version asset, the login screen appears, and I have to log in again.
And as an individual user, I use the Pro version.
Hi @tlgaozmn
Got it. We’ve also received similar reports, and we have begun investigating the issue. We really apologize for the inconvenience.
Before you downgrade, can you please generate a log file?
- After generating, you can downgrade to 3.0; the plug-in should still be able to work.
I am sorry, but I have already switched to version 3.0 because I was experiencing issues with my work; however, I hope the problem gets resolved as soon as possible, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with some feedback.
Hi @tlgaozmn

Please try it now and see if the issue persists. We’ve fixed the issue.
The problem persists, and it’s starting to get really annoying. I keep switching back and forth between versions…
Hi @tlgaozmn
Thank you for your confirmation. Please send us your logs immediately. After generating the logs, you should continue using version 3.0 until we release a new build to resolve this issue.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
Hi I can log in with update 3.1, can you please help me? I get error: Bad Request
Hi @alexishugh
Unfortunately, this is a known issue that we’re working to solve.
Please send us your log files; you may refer to the images for guidance. You may generate a link containing these files, and you may send it to me privately.
Unfortunately, the issue persists; the account logs out automatically almost every minute without displaying any warning. When I log back in, it doesn’t become active immediately; it takes some time to activate. I am attaching the log file for version 3.1.
Also, freezing, lag, and stuttering have increased significantly since the 3.1 update.
Hi @tlgaozmn
We have a new build that addresses the login issue, which will be included in our upcoming hotfix version. Your log files still show that you are using version 3.1.0.0746. The unreleased build that resolves the login issue is version 3.1.0.0753. I can send it to you privately.
Please check your inbox, as we have attempted to reach out to you previously.
Thank you, I’ll give it a try. So, will you be able to prevent this freezing, lag, and stuttering? Finally, the realistic rendering aspect needs some further improvement; for instance, the material library is unfortunately of very poor quality.
