Hi, I dont know if i’ve already paid for the pro version, i use paypal as mode of payment because the other options are not available on our region. After that, it said it canceled my automatic payments and it said that I have a balance that I owed. Can you help me?

I found your account with Gmail email address in the backend. Did you subscribe to PRO with that account? It didn’t show a successful subscription. You can DM me your exact d5 account.
Where displayed you have a balance owed? Paypal? Any details will be nice.
