I would also like to ask for one more favor.

Would it be possible to send me a download link for an earlier version of D5 Render (for example, version 2.9)?

I would like to test whether the issue is related to compatibility between the latest versions of D5 Render and ARCHLine XP, or whether it is caused by something else.

I am experiencing an issue when launching D5 Render from ARCHLine XP using ModelSync.

Problem:
When I start D5 Render from ARCHLine XP, a “File Format Error” message appears, and the synchronization does not start.

What I have already tried:

  • Completely uninstalled and reinstalled both D5 Render and ARCHLine XP.
  • Installed the latest available versions.
  • Tested with a brand-new empty ARCHLine project.
  • Tested with older project files that previously worked.
  • Opened D5 Render independently, and it starts normally.
  • The problem only occurs when launching D5 Render from ARCHLine XP.

Regarding this plug-in, if you’re encountering some issues with it, it may be best to contact ARCHLine since they’re the ones maintaining this plug-in. :smile:
