I’m a bit confused as to what has happened.
everything is current and running 2.4
Closed out a project on May 2nd and reopened the file to make edits today and the file is not accurate to what was saved on May 2nd.

It looks weird not only the assets were lost but also the person moved.
Please make sure your file is saved without crashing, not overwritten by earlier files, and isn’t used by other people. If you are sure everything is fine, please send us the log files, and we will check what happened.

Oddly enough it was a saving issue. Still can’t fully explain it but our cloud drive never uploaded the newer .drs file even after multiple days but, all other content was. I was able to grab the correct file from the machine that produce the original file before the resync this morning. So it doesn’t appear to be a D5-related issue, phew!

Hi mate, Thank you for the update.
By the way, some cloud drives tend to save the revised files, sometimes it can not read the change of D5 file due to the different algorithm logic. So if you use d5 with cloud drive, please be careful or save to local to back up. Sorry for the inconvenience.
