Issue Description: d5 not showing any menu at start page, do not even able to select or open new files etc.
the only way to view a d5 render file is opening previous file trough windows explorer.

hi, sorry for the very late feedback. yes I turned off the firewall and antivirus. download again and reinstalled it again . with the new version 2.9 but d5 crashes also after few seconds. I have to say also that the install is made on the hard disk but the user is a windows network user trough a server.
Hi, I’m sorry for the incovenience this issue has caused. So, is the D5 Start page void no longer evident after you have installed the new version? As for the crashing, please ensure that the folder where the installation was made has administrative rights. Additionally, can you send your system info, RAM, and VRAM info so we can further assess the crashing that you have been experiencing?
