D5 Render Version: 2.7.1
Issue Description:
Hello, after I updated d5 to version 2.7.1, the asset library does not appear at all. I have tried changing my internet connection and restarting the application several times, but it has not had any effect. Please assist me as this has been happening for 3 days. Thank you!

Hello. I am really sorry for your problem.
This is usually due to network issues. Are you currently using any firewalls, antivirus software or VPN? If so, please try disabling them temporarily and restarting the D5. Also, you can try opening a hotspot with another device and then connecting to the hotspot with your computer.
If none of the above works, please send us your logs and we will check it and try to find out what is causing your problem. This post shows how to collect logs.
