Hello. I have a problem with D5. Is crashing every time when i try to save a new file. I use 3ds Max conector.

**Issue Description: D5 is crashing every time when i try to save the project file.

Sorry to hear you’re having this issue and thanks for attaching the video. Could you please send me your log files using the Support Tool so we can check this on our end? How to use Support Tool? | User Manual

We recently had a similar case reported — you can also refer to this thread for reference: D5 Crashes when "Save As" or "Save" is used - #10 by Clov

Also, may I confirm which country or region you’re located in? And just to check — are you using Claro Drive by any chance? Thanks

I’m from Italy now. And no, i don’t use Claro Drive.
