**Issue Description:**I started D5 today and a message popped up that i can increase power of my pc, so i allowed d5 to make a change as an administrator but since then d5 keeps crashing immedietely after opening new project. i tried reinstalling, changing TdrDelay/TdrLevel and nothing worked.

Yes it appeared after opening D5 render for the second time yesterday. I opened the app after a longer time so there were lot of pop ups so i just briefly skimmed it and clicked yes. It said something about that they are detecting some low value and that i may experience stuttering. It something about changing something but I can’t remember what. Also, is it possible that this issue may be somehow connected to downloading a new version of Rhino live sync?

The Low value error prompt that you have experienced is “Low Value TDR”, we do have a comprehensive guide on how to solve this issue, although it mainly appears on file that are too heavy and empty files should be fine. The latest Rhino Live Sync Version indeed has a known issue, but it involves Rhino Crashing, not D5. And we have already made a solution to address this issue.
Thank you for additional tips. I tried changing the values of TDR even before, but the values kept going back to default setting. Couldn’t find a way of changing them so I tried downgrading my driver as you also suggested. It helped, my D5 started working again, but it affected other programs such as rhino in a negative way. I also couldn’t start AMD Adrenalin software so I just updated to the newest version of drivers and D5 started crashing again, but others programs worked without a fault. Also the issues I am facing are with a complete new project. When I try to load my previous project with models, textures and so on, it crashes just in the loading screen.
You need to restart your device after doing the steps that were mentioned in the link:
