D5 crashes rendering Windows 11

Hi, D5 was functioning normally until I changed materials to get a new render. The rendering process was complete and suddenly the programm crashed. since then every time I try to make a new render the programm keeps crashing. to fix this I have to uninstall and install again every time, but I need a permanent solution. I have a RTX 2060 6GB, 24 RAM and WIn 11. Driver 527.37.

Hi, is the new material from D5 library, or grass material template?
To confirm, if you render the demo scene, will the problem happen?
If the problem persists, please run the D5 Support tool then send a log file it exports to support@d5techs.com and describe the issue.
