Sorry for the inconvenience. Is this the first time this happened? It may be related to your AMD processor. To help us investigate further, could you please provide your D5 system information, as well as details about your VRAM and memory speed from the Task Manager?
For your reference, please see the example image below showing where to find this information. Thanks ![]()
it happened after the update
is there any solution to fix it?, please help me
I’m sorry about the issue. Could you please try rolling back to the previous version to see if that helps? You can find older releases here: Download Historical Versions of D5 Render
Let me know how it goes. Thank you ![]()
okayyy, i will try, thank youu
any solution for this??, i install d5 version 2.9,2.10,2.11 still same problem, i cant open d5, or my laptop not support d5?, thankyou
We apologize for the inconvenience. AMD-related compatibility problems have been a hot issue lately, and our team is still actively monitoring and investigating the situation. For now, the most reliable workaround is to roll back your AMD driver to the previous stable version, as the newest driver is known to cause loading failures, crashes, and usability issues in D5 Render 2.11.
This solution has worked for most affected users. You may refer to our official forum post for the full workaround and the correct driver version to install: [Hot Issue] After updating to the AMD driver (25.10.1), D5 crashes or becomes unusable
Once the driver is rolled back, your 2.11 models should open normally.
Please let us know if the issue persists—we’re here to help. ![]()
