I am new to the forum, so far I have not had any problems with the application and it has been working perfectly.
For about 15 days now, when working with D5, the program closes and the last changes made are lost.
Does this happen to anyone else?
Can it be solved?

I apologize for the inconvenience. Does this happen to all files, or is it file-specific? Were there any error prompts?
Please also provide the following information:
- Memory Speed
- System Info
- VRAM - while opening the file where the crash was evident.

Did you perhaps update your windows version system recently? Based on the logs file that you have provided, you are currently using Windows 11 24H2,

Please try to update or roll back to a different Windows Version.

Do you have this option enabled? If so, please disable it.

Just to reconfirm, have you tried opening D5 Render with an empty file? How about a demo file? Please send us a screenshot.
