Can't use the D5 asset because blocked by corporate security

I signed up for a trial and I tried to test before the trial ended

But I can’t access the D5 assets because I’m blocked by my company security.

So I asked D5 support and they told me to whitelist.

So I contacted my company’s security team and got whitelisted.

But still no go. How can I solve this?

Or I think it’s because the company IP is assigned manually, what do you guys think?

We can’t turn off the firewall at will, it’s controlled by the company’s internal security.

Maybe it’s because the company has strong security?

Hi regarding the VPN, if you ever decide to use one. You might want to verify if the VPN or proxy is turned on/DNS is normal.

We are not using a VPN.
but We have a separate address for the script in proxy setting menu
We can’t use auto-detect, it clogs up our internet at work.
(Only the set script address is available)

And our ip settings set to manual, When we change the
ip setting to automatic (DHPC), our company loses internet.

My company’s security policy prevents me from turning off the proxy, and I cannot use

IP auto-setup (DHCP) is not available

I finally got the issue resolved. :star_struck:
We had received an IP whitelist from D5 about a month ago.

and the whitelist was registered by our security team.
But it still didn’t work,
Yesterday we finally figured out why!

It was so stupidly simple,
we just turned off the Proxy button in Preferences within D5 and it worked.
