In the same place I also installed “Media Feature Pack” restart again and it WORKED, im not sure if it was that or maybe the first restar didn´t fully did it, make sure the media player works with a video, the first time I couldn´t. Thank you so much leah

Can you also show me the location of “Media Feature Pack”? So you fixed it by adding ‘Windows Media Player’ ,‘Graphics Tools’ and ‘Media Feature Pack’, right? 
First I added “Windows Media Player” and “Graphics Tools”, then restart but d5 didn´t work, also could not use the Media player, it was not shown as an option when selecting a video, then I added “Media feature pack” in the same windows optional features that you suggested, then restarted pc again and D5 worked, also the media player. so im not sure if that extra feature did it, or the first restart was not done properly and by doing it a second time it worked just like you said

Not working for me. D5 open at least one second more and closed like allways.
I clarify that the team has 2 week of a new installation of Windows 10 pro 64 bit.

Your issue differs from his, so attempting the same solution won’t be effective. The main concern is that your graphics card is not being recognized.

Leah, just to be clear. The graphics card is recognized. The previous images I uploaded were for testing purposes, removing all video drivers. To see if at least D5 started. Is it understood? When I reinstall the video drivers and start D5, it closes automatically. But this only happens if I have a version later than version 2.3. I don’t know if I’m being clear, my English is not good.

I checked your documents again. You have the same problem with valen.limaaa indeed.
Have you already installed “Windows Media Player” “Graphics Tools” and “Media feature pack”, then restart your PC? Maybe after installing all of them and restarting the computer , you can send me another log file to check. I will confirm whether you have installed them successfully or not.
Besides, what’s your current Windows system version? Can you try updating it to a newer one?
I have news! After installing the “Windows Media Player” “Graphics Tools” and “Media feature pack” packages for the second time, something happened, and I don’t know what. But now D5 WORKS!
Something was happening with the “Media feature pack” that after installing it and restarting the PC, it appeared uninstalled, so I tried several times until it appeared installed. After this D5 started working without problems!
