Cannot solve the problem using the solutions provided 'The program cannot be launched because of DLL errors in the system’

Hi there,

  • Please Use the Down Arrow to highlight Memory Speed
  • Press Enter.
  • Use the Right Arrow key to try to change it (If it cannot be changed let me know)
  • Once that is done, press the ESC key.
  • Press Enter on Save Change and Exit, and reboot the system.
  • Check if the Memory speed has changed through the task manager (the image I sent earlier)

Thank you for confirming. I tried it, but I can highlight and change the blue text on the screen, but I cannot change the black text. I’ve tried various things, but it doesn’t seem to work.

The issue of @shido has been resolved by disabling the Intel Graphics Card inorder to make that D5 Render is using the RTX GPU

Hi guys, for the info in comunity I solved the problem (D5 2.9.1.0509 version) by updating the Windows. After reinstalation od Windows I had the “Program Startup Failed” problem. Tryed all the noted steps, BIOS update, D5 and NVidia reinstalation…did not solved out.
In the end, solution was that I had the fresh Windows instaled and it needed to be fuly updated, after update D5 works all well

Hi there,

Thank you so much for letting us know. May I know which Windows version were you using where the issue was evident?

D5 Render Version: 2.9.1
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU
Driver Version: 32.0.15.6636
Issue Description: Similar to the others. The files do not open and the error message appears in the DLL. I HAVE tried all the steps and nothing helped. I tried following the instructions I saw here on the forum, but nothing helped. My notebook is limited in terms of BIOS, I saw that my memory speed is very high, but I couldn’t change the Bios, the system doesn’t allow it.

Hi @thialecaroline,

I apologize for the inconvenience. Are you able to open other projects, or is this issue affecting all projects? Can you also try opening an empty scene in D5?

It is recommended to keep the memory speed below 4000 MHz, and we strongly suggest that you turn off CPU overclocking as well. If your memory speed exceeds 4000 MHz, you can go to the BIOS and disable XMP to adjust the memory speed, or consider updating the BIOS version.
