Can only log into D5 using a VPN

I’m having difficulty logging into my D5 software. When trying to log in, I type in my email address and password and it just will not log in. It’s the same when trying to log onto the D5 website.

I have found that if I use a VPN, it will log in but this isn’t ideal as using a VPN creates a load of issues elsewhere. This topic has been discussed before but I don’t believe I have come across a solution.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please try the following:

  1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator, then run:
    cmd
    CopyEdit
certutil -urlcache * delete

This clears the certificate cache used by Windows, which can get corrupted over time.
