Good day.
Suddenly I am completely unable to login to D5 either through Chrome website or through the app. It keeps telling me “Connect timeout”.
The strange part is that when i use a vpn through Chrome it connects to the website. Or when i use my phone to connect to the website it connects. If i use the PC through the phone hotspot it doesnt login.
I’ve uninstalled my antivirus, I have exclusions in windows firewall (althouth i have tried with windows firewall and antivirus off, still doesnt connect)
I have flushed my DNS, changed to wifi-router and lan-router connections. Still nothing.
So it must be something in the windows pc environment, but what??
Any help would be much appreciated. My workflow is falling behind seriously.

- Were you able to use D5 Render normally before?
- Are you perhaps using a company wifi? If so, there may be a need to whitelist our IPs (if this is the case I can send you the IPs)
- Which region are you located?
- What is your email?

I’ve been using d5 render on the same setup for at least a year.
The only thing changed is probably local pc windows and other driver updates.
I can log on d5 website through same isp on a laptop and on my phone.
After much testing, reseting network setting, etc, only way to use it now is by using a vpn on my pc.
Very confusing.
May I know which region you’re from and your email address? It would also be best to send us your log files.

The user discovered a solution, and has solved this issue by:
- Open Command Prompt as Administrator, then run:
cmd
CopyEdit
certutil -urlcache * delete
This clears the certificate cache used by Windows, which can get corrupted over time.
