Can not login inside the soft, no assets

D5 Render Version: 2.10.1.0579
Graphics Card: GeForce RTX 3050 Ti laptop GPU
Driver Version: 572.83
Issue Description: I’m always working on the move. I use my Iphone to have internet connection. When I’m connected with my Iphone on my PC, D5 won’t let me connect and do not load any asset. If I use a phone from another person, then it works fine. How can I fix this so D5 works when i’m connected with my phone ?

Hi @romain

Please try to modify the proxy settings in D5 Render as you use your mobile data. You can either try HTTPS or HTTP

Additionally, there might be some network providers that might be hindering you from accessing our Asset Library and even logging in to D5 Render. You may also want to try using a VPN and see if it improves this issue. Can’t login using iPhone personal hotspot - Get Help - D5 RENDER FORUM
