As you approach the picture, the objects come into each other

After upgrading to version 2.9.1, I started having problems with my renderings. For example, as seen in the pictures, even if I zoom in 3x, the objects seem to be intertwined. and this problem looks bad when we print the picture.

NOTE1: I updated my graphics card to solve the problem.
I tried it with different rendering effects.
I printed it at 8k because there might be a problem with the resolution.

NOTE2: I will share pictures of 3 different scenes I made as examples.

I will also share the image I got with version 2.8.

I’m sharing it so you can review and help.

Thank you in advance.

Hi there, I apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. I have tried to replicate the problem you encountered with the latest 2.9.1 version, although I only used the built-in model and added some character assets. But unfortunately, I was not able to experience or notice the problem you mentioned.

  • I can’t seem to upload the 8k resolution file, but I can provide you with the overall picture and a 75% zoomed version. You can view the image in this link: 2.9.1 8k Quality Picture

  • It would also be best to provide some images from 2.8 renders using the same exact file, setting, assets, etc. the only difference should be the d5 render version.

  • Would it be possible for you to send your scene files so we can test it on our end since we could not replicate the issue? You may send it via WeTransfer or through email (support@d5techs.com) and then have it titled “Clov—Forum 2.9.1 Quality Test”

Thank you so much.

Hello,

I have your scene too. I rendered the same scene to try “residence lawn” in 8k, but unfortunately the problem is sad. I am sending it to you as an example with ripple and pixelation.
You can see the difference by zooming in on the picture you sent me.

At the same time, I am sending the scene I am complaining about.

Hi there, thank you for sending your scene files. I have tested your D5 File using Scene 3, rendering it in 8k Quality with the D5 SR Widget enabled and disabled; I have tested rendering this file in both 2.8.1 and 2.9.1. Unfortunately, I don’t seem to have the same result as you have experienced: where the assets appear to be “Intertwined” or distorted (even with the D5 SR Beta widget enabled), you can check the images through these links:

2.9.1 Image Render Test—8K Quality
2.8.1 Image Render Test—8K Quality

This issue seems to be occurring on your end, I do suggest:

  • Reinstalling D5 Render
  • Clean installation of your driver: Solution 3

For reference, I am running NVIDIA’s Driver Version 6603. Please let me know if any of my suggestions help. Thank you.

I couldn’t do any of these, the problem persists.
I checked my prices. I rebooted my drive.
I reinstalled d5. It didn’t have any features.
:frowning:

Hi there, I apologize for that. Would it be possible for you to send me your system information? Please refer to the images provided:

Additionally, can you send me your log files so we can further test this issue? If you are unfamiliar with the process, you may follow this link: How to use Support Tool? | User Manual. You may also send them to the same email: support@d5techs.com and have them titled “Clov—Forum Render Quality Log File.”

Thank you.

Hello @sahne.render

Can you also share the original 8k image of this scene with us so we can make a zoom-in comparison? You can use a Wetransfer link. Thank you!

Btw, are you using 0506 or 0509 version now? please update to the latest version to check the result.
