Since update 2.9, D5 is crashing quite often.
When I click on scatter then immediately D5 is crashing. 2.8 was better than 2.9. Need help urgently, please help us out.
Last time also I had raise my issue. But no action was taken.
This thing is very wrong.
If it remains so then we will have to reduce the rating of D5 to 0 and we will have to shift to twin motion.
Hi, I advise you to add the characteristics of your PC, so the D5 team will give you instructions on how to do it, even if they have already answered this question, just go to the forum search and you will find some indications
Here is my PC configuration.
Please find the attachment below.
The first thing I have to tell you, I’m an architect, I’m not part of the team. I can only tell you how to speed up without waiting for the team to answer you, because many users with powerful PCs have various problems similar to yours.
I can show you how to do it:
I’ll give you a forum page where some users have had some problems, usually it’s always the updates whether I have the graphics system activated or deactivated, or the GPU or the BIOS.
You can do this in the meantime if they don’t reply to you
I hope this little help helps you understand how to solve the problem.
Or if you didn’t have any problems with 2.8, download it and install it on a disk on your PC other than 2.9, but I don’t know if it helps you get on with your work if you already saved it with version 2.9.
Hi, I apologize for the inconvenience. Is the issue evident in other files? or is it file-specific? Can you please send us the following information:
-
System Information
-
VRAM
-
Memory
Was the file created in the 2.8 Version? We are currently monitoring for an issue where some old archives open in 2.9 with excessive resource consumption, and we are working on fixing it in subsequent releases. For now, please check your scene files:
- Is there a lot of ‘procedurally-generated vine assets’?
- Is the drop feature for vegetation paths used?
If so, please optimize your archive accordingly.
It is also important to check our replies in your previous post so we can fully assess and help you with the issue that you are experiencing. Thank you.
