I can’t open the latest version
and the Archicad 26 plugin doesn’t work

When I try to open it, it won’t open
I updated it to version 2.5 and reinstalled version 2.4 and the Archicad add-on as well. Now it won’t open in the previous version.
I’m using Archicad 26 by the way.
hi mate, after reinstallation or upgrade, the first time of launching will take some time, if you wait for several minutes, will it work? The speed may be affected if your local library is large.
Also, there is no error message, right?

It doesn’t open any files and my graphics card is Nvidia 4090 24 Gb and I have tried reinstalling 2.4 and then upgraded back to 2.5, it doesn’t work.
In Archicad it doesn’t open either.
If it is possible and you can access it remotely I would appreciate it.
I can’t even access the Explore section
