Youtube Clicking while D5 is on

Hi all,

I am just starting out on D5. While having D5 opened, YouTube starts glitching/clicking while watching something. Here are some SS of the GPU and CPU performances, while having D5 and YouTube running. Any idea of how can I fix this?

is your graphic card enough for D5, did you check the minimum requirements?

Hi @josef_m

Were you able to use D5 Render before? I did check your GPU in our User Self-Test Data Results (Benchmark), and it seems that users with a similar GPU to yours have a VRAM of 6 GB or higher.

A light research also stated that these GPUs are considered as an iGPU, which is not recommended to run D5 Render, although possible in higher VRAMs.

Simply put, your device is not optimized to run D5 Render. But I do want to know if you were able to run D5 Render before, and if you have, certain issues may arise in the long run.
