Acabo de actualizar la versión 3.1 y al querer iniciar sesión para entrar a las galerias no me lo permite, me sale la leyenda de UNKNOW ERROR. ¿A que se puede deber?
Hi @desormaux24
Are you referring to D5’s Asset Library? Can you send us a screenshot?
Additionally,
-
Did this only occur after updating to 3.1?
-
Did you modify your Workspace folder location? Can you send us a screenshot?
-
Please check if your Windows username or folder contains special characters. If it does, try replacing them with standard letters to see if the issue persists.
I am receiving the same error. When logging in D5 render I receive “Bad request”

- It occurs only after updating to 3.1.0 Reverting to 3.0 fixes the issue
- I can login in D5 launcher (v 1.2.0.0103) but not in D5 render
- Workspace is default C:/D5 WorkSpace with no special characters
- Ran D5 render as administrator and the issue persists
- Interesting to note is the “Verified” box shows up normally in D5 launcher but not in D5 render.

I have the same the exact same problem
I have this problem too.
Hi @mldesign_render @estudiocientounomx
I apologize for the inconvenience. Please send me your logs. You may refer to the image instructions in my previous reply. You may generate a link containing these logs and send it to me privately.
Hi @estudiocientounomx @Azebage @mldesign_render @desormaux24
Please try it now and see if issue persists, we’ve fixed the issue.
Hi Clov,
The behaviour has changed, but its still not working. Now, when I try to log in within D5 render, it logs in on the D5 Launcher in the background but it does nothing in D5; no log in and no error message. I can hit “log in” again and wait…nothing. If I try to then download a Pro asset, I get directed back to the log in and nothing happens again. In the background, the launcher log in drops out again.

Just checking back in, it’s incosistent. Sometimes it works smoothly, sometimes the issue persists.
