Hİ, I am an architecture student and I use a laptop. Due to my small screen, I use Windows interface scaling at 125% instead of 100%. However, when I increase the scaling, the D5 Render interface becomes distorted, the display shrinks to one-quarter of its size, and I cannot click the ‘Don’t Save’ button to exit. How can I fix this issue? I set DPI compatibility mode to system and enabled the Adaptive System Scaling feature in D5 settings, but it did not work.
I apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. Does this issue happen on all project files? I tried to modify my Windows Interface Scaling and it seems that the issue did not persist on my end, since it only made the UI bigger and the preview screen is still full.
Thank you for your response. I have been experiencing this issue since previous versions, and it seems that the problem is specific to me. ChatGPT solved the issue. It was my mistake—I applied the compatibility setting to the wrong .exe file.
Here is the solution;
Change Compatibility Settings
Right-click on the shortcut of the problematic application and select Properties.
Go to the Compatibility tab.
Click Change high DPI settings.
Check Override high DPI scaling behavior and set it to Application.
Disable Windows DPI Scaling
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Display.
Click on Advanced scaling settings.
Enable Let Windows try to fix apps so they’re not blurry.
Update Graphics Drivers
Update your drivers via NVIDIA GeForce Experience or Device Manager > Display Adapters.
Try Alternative Scaling Levels
Test different scaling values like 100% or 150% to see if the issue persists.
